近日，第十九届上海国际压铸暨有色铸造展在上海新国际博览中心圆满闭幕，德国库尔特埃莎集团旗下库尔特机电设备（上海）有限公司以“智造赋能·铸就未来”为主题，重磅亮相。

作为拥有246年历史的德国家族制造巨头，库尔特埃莎此次不仅带来全球领先的低压铸造解决方案，更首次发布自主研发的国产低压铸造设备AL22-17，并推出“设备+模具”一站式压铸工艺解决方案，以“德国基因+中国智造”的双重优势，彰显其深耕中国市场的战略决心。

库尔特埃莎铸造事业部总经理Lothar Hartmann难言自豪之情，在现场表示：“ We proudly present our local-made machine.  It is a local casting machine,China-made with our team here in China. We follow the needs of our customers here, local for local. And we do not only take care for the machine, we also take care for the process To give the customers the chance to produce the parts more efficiently.（翻译：我们非常荣幸推出这款国产铸造机。 由我们在内地的团队出产的中国制造机器。我们始终以客户为本，以本地制造，适配本地需求。我们不仅关注机器本身，更注重整个生产流程帮助客户实现高效的零件生产。）”这番话，清晰地传达出库尔特埃莎对中国市场的深刻理解与积极回应。

库尔特埃莎成型事业部全球总监Andrea Carta则从战略层面阐述了公司的长远规划。他指出：“ As German company, you know, we think that the key for the success in this business in China is to localize products. But we also think only localizing products is not enough. We need to localize engineering. So for us, the strategy in the future would be to have our own engineering team here in order to be able to cope with the demands from the customers. And this means we need to integrate the German engineering and the Chinese engineering on the same level, where both can learn from each other, and this will be our strategy in the future.（翻译：作为一家德国公司，我们认为在中国市场发展这项业务，成功关键在于产品本地化。但我们也认为仅靠产品本地化是不够的。工程技术也需要本地化。因此，我们的未来战略是在这里建立自己的工程团队，以便满足客户的需求。我们需要将德国工程技术与中国工程技术整合到同一水平，让双方能够相互学习，这将会是我们未来的发展策略。”

库尔特埃莎亞洲有限公司董事长陈祖义结合实际案例，深入阐述了公司在低压铸造领域的专业优势。他介绍道：“低压铸造这个行业呢，其实除了需要一台很精密的设备以外，工艺的配套也是很重要的。我们库尔特在这方面，有三十几年的经验。能够协助客户，提高他们的产量，降低他们的废品率。我们曾经在昆山一个客户法格那边，协助他们生产一个转向节的项目我们可以在180秒之内，一模铸造6个转向节，这个呢相对于他们以前，提高了差不多超过20%的产能。”这一实际成果，无疑是对库尔特埃莎技术实力与服务能力的有力证明。

未来，随着AL22-17设备的批量交付，库尔特机电设备有望在新能源汽车轻量化赛道，书写中德技术融合的新篇章。
